These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Texas Tough Tops website and the engagement of our flooring services. By using this website or requesting services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Estimates

All pricing provided via our website calculator, phone, or email are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person or on-site assessment by Texas Tough Tops. Estimates are based on square footage and product selection and do not account for unusual surface conditions, extensive crack repair, or other site-specific factors.

No Deposit Required

Texas Tough Tops does not require a deposit to schedule or begin work. Payment is due upon completion of the project. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope of Work

All work to be performed will be agreed upon verbally or in writing prior to installation. Any changes to scope after work has begun may affect pricing and timeline. Texas Tough Tops will notify you before proceeding with additional work that incurs additional cost.

Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is essential to coating performance. Texas Tough Tops performs professional diamond grinding on all projects as standard. The customer is responsible for ensuring the area is cleared of vehicles, stored items, and debris prior to the scheduled installation date.

Warranty

Texas Tough Tops stands behind our work. If you experience adhesion failure, peeling, or defects attributable to installation workmanship within one (1) year of installation, we will return to inspect and remedy the issue at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, heavy equipment, chemical spills beyond normal garage use, or acts of nature.

Scheduling and Access

We will coordinate a start date at the time of booking. Installation typically takes 1–2 days. The customer must ensure access to the installation area during scheduled hours. If access is unavailable upon arrival, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Texas Tough Tops' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
